- Create an emergency contact list specific to the Parent – Children contact numbers, numbers of local relatives, primary care physician / gp, ambulance services, hospital numbers, pharmacy numbers, other relevant medical numbers
- Coordinate monthly or bi-monthly doctor visits (All facets including scheduling, accompanying, transportation, medical records)
- Coordinate monthly or bi-monthly pathology tests (Golwilkar Metropolis, for example) for home visits
- Coordinate and monitor nursing needs and support
- Medicine stockup and re-orders, as necessary, after the doctor visit
- Miscellaneous services – help select specialized providers, coordinate visits, eye care, walking stick etc
- Assess physical and mental health and triage monthly to children as well as primary care physician
- In emergencies, coordinate interaction with doctor and hospital
- If required, coordinate and monitor nursing services
