• Create an emergency contact list specific to the Parent – Children contact numbers, numbers of local relatives, primary care physician / gp, ambulance services, hospital numbers, pharmacy numbers, other relevant medical numbers
  • Coordinate monthly or bi-monthly doctor visits (All facets including scheduling, accompanying, transportation, medical records)
  • Coordinate monthly or bi-monthly pathology tests (Golwilkar Metropolis, for example) for home visits
  • Coordinate and monitor nursing needs and support
  • Medicine stockup and re-orders, as necessary, after the doctor visit
  • Miscellaneous services – help select specialized providers, coordinate visits, eye care, walking stick etc
  • Assess physical and mental health and triage monthly to children as well as primary care physician
  • In emergencies, coordinate interaction with doctor and hospital
  • If required, coordinate and monitor nursing services
