Sameer has been in senior executive leadership roles for more than 25+ years in companies like Capgemini, IMC and United Airlines, both in US as well as in India.
He has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, Pune and a Master’s degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from University of Texas at Austin. He and his wife happily reside in Pune along with their 2 children and 85+ year old parents. First-hand knowledge and experience of caring for his parents has been a dominant motivation behind the incubation of Assist4Parents.
Ajay has been in the US for the last 30 years. His 86-year old mother resides in Pune and he is all too familiar with the issue of supporting a parent in India. He came to the US after doing a BTech in IIT Kanpur, has a PhD in engineering and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. He worked at McKinsey & Company for 6 years and at General Electric Healthcare for 14 years prior to joining Assist4Parents as Co-founder. He and his wife reside in Chicago and have 2 young daughters.

Hema has 37 years of Telecom experience with MTNL, Mumbai. She holds B.Sc. (Botany) degree and also MBA in Systems and Marketing. She has worked in MTNL in administrative as well as technical wings.
Hema is having a son and he is settled in Delhi. She lives with her Mother in Mumbai and has an experience in taking care of senior citizen parents and friends.
Neelesh has 25 years of IT experience in Banking Finance, Digital Prepress and Healthcare. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Computer Science) from University of Pune. He has worked at many multinational companies at senior management levels and led Software Quality Assurance, Software Delivery Management and has experience handling global teams.
Neelesh is happily married has a daughter and lives in Pune with his parents.
